When submitting project proposals to its donors,the organization normally consider the following format 1.The title page this embraces the following a.Title of the proposal b.name of the agency to which the proposal is being submitted c.name of our organization,our address and logo d.name of the contact person who will be able to discuss the proposal e.date of submission 2.Background data in this part we explain the special reason as to why our organization is uniquely suited to conduct the project,geographical location as well as indicating the problem 3.Description of the project purpose and objectives of the project 4.outputs and milestone 5.Approach and activities(how the work will be undertaken 6.Impacts and beneficiaries(who will be project beneficiaries?when and how 7.collaborators(parastatals,universities,NGO etc) 8.sustainability-how the organization is going to run the project when the funding agency withdraws 8 The estimated budget
